Curb
appeal, an expression often used in the world of real estate,
describes a home that looks inviting to the buyer from a car parked
at the curb. Walk out to the curb, look back at your home as if
youre seeing it for the first time, and be as critical as
a buyer with a long list of homes from which to make a selection.
A home that is neat and attractive, inside and out, makes a good
first impression and brings a higher price than one that needs painting
and obviously needs repairs. Make sure your home is in move-in
condition before you put it on the market to guarantee a quick
sale for top dollar.
